Hello, It's definitely frustrating when you can't see critical functions for your account due to an ad location. If essential page elements do not appear correctly (such as the "Pay Now" button on the Membership & Billing page, or a full Conversation Thread or Send button in your Message Center), the issue may be caused by screen scaling, page magnification settings, or font settings. If your device is set to zoom in or magnify the page, this can obscure parts of Puppies.com, making it difficult to access certain features. Please click the link below to reset your page scaling or magnification back to default settings for various devices: https://help.puppies.com/article/184-why-cant-i-see-everything-on-a-puppies-com-page If you are still having issues with seeing all functions of the site please contact [email protected] for assistance. Hello, Puppies.com provides Buyer Tips and Report buttons on every listing to assist in having a safe experience on the site. We've reviewed the account in question, and at this time, the account does not display conclusive signs of fraudulent activity. Please know that we take fraudulent or inappropriate use of our site very seriously. If you have further information which leads you to believe that this account is fraudulent, please forward any emails from this individual (including the "Sent From" field) to [email protected] that you feel display concrete signs of fraud so we can look into this further. As stated in our Buyer Tips, if a seller is unwilling to to let you see the puppy in person or through FaceTime before the sale then you should move on to another seller that you feel more comfortable with, but refusing to FaceTime is not enough reason to remove the seller from the site. We hope you have found a new seller to find your new furry friend and if you have additional questions please contact us at [email protected]. Puppies.com Support Team

Hello, Puppies.com is an online bulletin board service that provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. The completion of any purchases are done directly with the seller. We provide Buyer Tips on every listing to assist in having a safe transaction. It's unfortunate that you did not have a good experience with the seller you purchased from. If the seller you contacted provided a health contract you could review it to see what the seller would be responsible for covering. We suggest contacting the seller to see what resolution they can provide to the issues your dog is having. If they are unresponsive you always have the option to pursue legal action. You can also post a testimonial about your experience with the seller on their Puppies.com account. If you suspect there is abuse you can contact your local authorities to assist you with a report. We hope you are able to get the situation resolved with the seller to your satisfaction. If you have additional questions please contact customer service at [email protected].

Hello, It can be frustrating when you don't hear back from a seller about a puppy you are interested in. You can try sending another message through the site or look for additional contact information that might be on the seller's profile. If you still aren't hearing back then you might need to move on to another listing. Good luck on finding your new pet!
