Overall great, add "distance" sort-option.
The overall experience was a great one. However, I spent a lot of extra time during the searching phase that could've been easier with a filter by distance option.

Risked it for the biscuit, and got a whole angel!
Ill admit I was a bit skeptical about searching online for a puppy, but taking the chance on Puppies.com was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Because of it I found my little Morkie, Daisy, and I feel like it absolutely was fate. She's such a sweet angel baby. I'm obsessed and now I can't imagine life without her! If you're on the fence about using a site like this, consider this your sign to do it; your future soul-pup is waiting!

Why Four Stars
Finding my miniature schnauzer puppy was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Follow-up help from Puppie.com was ⭐️⭐️ This is a 3.5 star rating. I decided to go with a 4 star rating because I believe Puppies.com does a good job of gathering available puppies for sale and an excellent job of providing background information on the breeder and what they do to get their puppies ready for their forever homes. The reason I gave a 2 star rating for follow-up help is because they said couldn’t provide puppy and breeder information that had originally been available nor could they provide a copy of my conversations with the breeder that was suppose to be available for 120 days, but all had been removed from their website. I don’t believe that there isn’t a way to easily access this information if they understood their computer system. Recommendation: If you decide to purchase a puppy, take screenshots of all appropriate pages, as well as any conversations you have with the breeder before you let the breeder know you would like to purchase their puppy.

Puppies.com was wonderful EXCEPT
Puppies.com was wonderful EXCEPT as I discovered after having my puppy awhile and after hiring a dog trainer, it was obvious my puppy was never handled or properly socialized by the breeder they represented , leaving me with a puppy that does not want to be held or picked up. Very sad for me. I could not find a way to review this breeder thru Puppies.com.
