I am beyond frustrated with my…

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Puplabs USA, and I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. Not only was I charged twice and sent duplicate products, but I was then expected to go out of my way to correct a mistake that was entirely the company’s responsibility. To make matters worse, I had to pay $31.89 out of my own pocket just to ship back merchandise I never should have received in the first place. How is it remotely acceptable to charge a customer twice, send them duplicate merchandise, and then expect them to cover the cost of fixing YOUR mistake? The entire process has been unnecessarily frustrating. I’ve had to provide photographs, tracking information, and additional documentation simply to get a refund for an error I had absolutely nothing to do with. What should have been a simple correction has turned into a ridiculous inconvenience. Customers should not have to jump through hoops, waste their time, or spend additional money because a company cannot properly process an order. The lack of accountability throughout this experience is astonishing. If a company makes a mistake, the bare minimum should be taking responsibility and correcting it without placing additional financial burdens on the customer. At this point, I am requesting a full refund for the duplicate charge AND reimbursement of the $31.89 I was forced to spend on return shipping. Puplabs USA, your customers should not have to pay for your mistakes. It’s that simple. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, and based on how this situation has been handled, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Do better, Puplabs USA. This is an embarrassing way to treat paying customers.

Freedom Drops is a miracle!
Freedom Drops shipped right away and my dog no longer has pain when he walks. He's happy and no longer has problems getting up and moving around. I can honestly see the smile on his face. I've tried other hip and joint combos but nothing worked as Freedom Drops have. It's worth the cost. Every drop is worth its weight in gold. My dog and I are very satisfied customers. Thank you for saving my dog.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR
NOT EVEN ONE STAR. HORRIBLE. TRIED TO CANCEL MY ORDER RIGHT AFTER I ORDERED. NO RESPONSE TILL AFTER MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED. NOW I RETURNED EVERYTHING PROOF OF MAILING PROOF OF THEM RECIEVING THE PACKAGE AND THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY. SURE WISH I KNEW THIS HORRIBLE RATING PLUS AN F FROM BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I COULD NOT EVEN GET MY DOGS TO EAT IT. THEY BOTH GOT TERRIBLY SICK THROWING UP AND DIARRHEA FOR A WEEK. I EMAILED THE PICTURE OF RETURN, THE TRACKING RECIEPT AND THE PROOF OF THE PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED. I EMAILED AND ASKED WHERES MY REFUND FAYE SAID SHE WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION FROM THE WAREHOUSE. THE NEXT DAY RCVD EMAIL FROM PAUL SATING THEY HAVENT HEARD FROM ME SO THE CONVERSATION HAS ENDED. JUST CALLED AND HE REOPENED THE CONVERSATION. I WILL BE SHOCKED IF I GET THE REFUND. 😳

Ladybug has taken on new life
My 12 year old lab mix was very weak. Her walk was wobbly and her back legs splayed to the sides when she sat down. After about 2 bottles, she has more energy and walks much better. Before, she had trouble " shaking " and now readily gives me her paw .
Response from Pup LabsOct 16, 2026
Hello Kathy, 💙🐾 Thank you so much for sharing your Lab mix’s journey with us! 🌟 It’s incredible to hear how much stronger and more energetic she’s become, and that she’s now happily giving you her paw again. 🐶✨ Stories like yours remind us why we do what we do—helping our beloved pets enjoy more comfort and joy each day. 💛 We’re honored to be part of her wellness journey and grateful for your trust. 🌿🐾 Pup Labs Customer Concierge

I have bought the Freedom Joint Drops…
I have bought the Freedom Joint Drops several times now, and I have recently placed an order on 10/15/26. I love my fur baby, and I will do anything to keep him around as long as I can. He is getting older now, and has been suffering with mobility which caused my recent order. It is a great product, and it is helping my baby’s walking limitations. I literally cried this morning when my baby was able to get on my bed without my help, and he was not in pain. I will continue to care for my baby, as long as I can, and I am thankful for Peter, the founder of Pup Labs for his vision and continued support of our babies. This is a wonderful company that provides not only wonderful products, but also excellent service. Thank you

Thank you so much for sharing this touching story! We’re truly moved to hear how the Freedom Joint Drops have helped your fur baby regain comfort and independence—it’s incredible that he was able to hop on the bed without pain. Moments like these are exactly why Pup Labs exists, and we’re honored to be part of his journey. ✨ Your love and dedication inspire us, and we’re grateful for your trust in our products and vision. Peter and the entire Pup Labs team are committed to supporting pet parents like you with natural, effective solutions. 🌟🐶 Thank you again for your kind words—we’re here for you and your pup every step of the way! 💛🐾 Pup Labs Customer Concierge

I was charged twice for the same produce and it was a process to go through getting the second charge reversed. The scam is that when you call to cancel the second product, they offer you half price to keep it. I received the product I purchased - Dog Ear Cleaner - and my dog's ear got worse instead of better. The product and the service are not worth it.
Response from Pup LabsOct 21, 2026
Hello Evelyn. Thank you for sharing your experience with us 🙏. We are truly sorry to hear about the double charge and the difficulty you faced in getting it reversed. We understand how frustrating that must have been 💔. Regarding the Dog Ear Cleaner, We are concerned to hear that your pup’s ear condition worsened instead of improving 🐶. Your pet’s health and comfort are very important to us, and we take this feedback seriously. We’ll make sure your concerns about both the product and the cancellation process are escalated to our team for review 🔎. In the meantime, we’d be happy to assist you with a refund or discuss alternative solutions that may better suit your dog’s needs. You need to get MUCH better
You need ti get MUCH better help with the ordering process. They can’t get anything correct NOR can you understand them. Then after you think things are understood and complete it’s not and later you are constantly bugged or actually HARRASHED with follower up text, etc. So annoying and uncalled for. I am STILL waiting on my last purchase which I’m sure they got wrong when was presented with the belly stuff for dogs. Tried to order on my phone myself so forced to call as it would not work on my phone. What a MESS this turned into and apparently STILL did not get right as I received the other order but not what I was first intending to purchase. Then I was constantly harassed throughout the day. I had started this process early in the morning because I had a full day of appointments and such and I constantly got texts, throughout the day, which only made me mad. I spent over 10 minutes at least with this person on the phone and now I figured out it was a big waste of time and they didn’t understand what was going on, but to be harassed repeatedly by your company throughout the day was extremely annoying and uncalled for. It was actually rather intrusive and made me mad that I just said forget this company as I don’t know what they’re doing yet. I have purchased the breath powder for my dog which has worked, and they also did receive the tummy treats which they seem to enjoy so I’m sure the Bill cottage would’ve worked but you need to get your shit together. And I do not want emails or text every day pushing your products down my throat. And occasional promotion or idea would be fine but not constantly hounded. I was also going to try the ear cleanser, but I’m just disgusted now
