Love the Customer Service Reps, Freedom Drops for Cats
Love the Customer Service Reps: Alan at first, and Christopher. Alan is no longer with the company but was excellent regarding cats, giving me so much useful information. Christopher was very helpful and friendly. I buy the Freedom Drops for my 6yr old cat it has the GLUCOSAMINE in it. I'll be buying for the second time in a few days and will continue to feed my cat for her body. The FREEDOM DROPS developed by Dr ARONSON (Vet) is excellent for my cat putting in a much needed GLUCOSAMINE, hyaluronic acid , and other natural ingredients in her body. She moves around more so hoping she won't get arthritis. And she needs to loose more weight. On JAN 14, 2026 TALKED TO LATORREAN She helped me with all my questions. She's a Rockstar

AMAZING customer service and support!
Jason with customer service was absolutely amazing! I used their ProDenta for my dog’s teeth and unfortunately my dog has teeth issues and the particular product didn’t work for her. But, I was amazed when I called and spoke with them they were so kind and understanding and stood behind their guarantee with no hesitation. Jason, sent me the return information and as soon as they received the unused product from me within 24 hours they refunded my credit card. I HIGHLY Recommend Pup Labs!!! Outstanding Customer Service!!!🐶

Our Pup Labs experience.
We purchased some Pup Labs products for our little Shih Tzu (Ginger) who was having severe mobility problems in hopes that this would help. Unfortunately, through no fault of Pup Labs, our little girls condition was too advanced for help. She had been to 2 ER's, 3 different Animal Hospitals, a chiropractor and a neurologist to no avail. We informed Pup Labs of our situation and was told to return the products and a refund would be issued. Once shipped, the refund happened within an hour. I would never hesitate to deal with Pup Labs again. I truly feel that they sincerely care about animals. I have no doubt that we will be doing business again in the future. Thank you VERY much, Pup Labs!!!

Even though I did not keep the product
I bought the K9EarClear based on the reviews I read. Unfortunately, the product gave my golden retriever an ear inflammation requiring veterinary care. My vet said to bring the bottle with me to the initial appointment. He said one of the ingredients, MCT oil, should never be used in the ear canal as the skin there is very sensitive. Pup Labs stood 100% behind their guarantee. I received my refund when they received the tracking number for the return package. The 4 stars is based on PupLabs customer service and I could not be more impressed with them. The product was not a good choice for my baby, but there was really no risk in trying it.

I don't have a title for it.
I am using the K9 Belly Bliss for both my dogs. One had bad allergies and the medication the vet gave me was actually harming him. He is now running more and his hair is growing back. The other dog I just decided to give to her also as she lays in the dirt alot during the hot days and she has quit scratching.

I have not received my order yet
I have not received my order yet, called yesterday &:was told it is delayed, will go out with the next shipment so you should not be sending me emails saying that my order was sent, I have yo make a review, etc.made me worry, is annoying and makes me wonder if I ever going to get the order I've paid for.
