The person that helped me was wonderful very patient very assuring and hopefully I’ll be able to call her back and order some more. The only thing that I wish all vendors would do is list the prices, either first or in the middle. So many dogs have to go without and are malnourished, sick and miserable. Too many are dumped out of a car or tied up so they cannot run loose looking for food and water. And all this is because of prices to feed an animal or pay for treatment if one is sick or been injured in some way. It is outrageous what the cost of food, and care is! The food is horribly expensive and if anything makes them sick or happens to them, it cost more for them than it does for a human being. We love our animals as if they were our children. But to often we are forced to make heart breaking decisions. My hubby and I live on social security and are both 82 years old. We got pretty much wiped out by my having cancer in 2013 and struggle each month to make ends meet. I appreciate the help that they are willing to offer. I just wish that I could pay the prices. I thank you for what I did order, and I pray that it will help my pepper enough.

Diana called to let me know exactly when my order would arrive. Answered all my questions. Very nice!! Excellent service! Never had a company do that.

Numerous time I've ask to cancel my orders

I have been impressed with the company as to customer service. I ordered quite a bit and my spray I ordered still has not come. I did comment it had not come and customer service noticed my comment and contacted me right away. I had checked the UPS tracking site and it said there was a delay in delivering it. The customer service from the lab e-mailed and mentioned the delay and asked if it had not arrived by the end of the next day to reach out and they would resend. It had not yet arrived last night so I have emailed and figure I will hear Monday back from them on the spray. I am very pleased with the other two items I did receive and they seem to be helping already.Those items we received just on Tuesday and we have noticed already a decrease in her scratching and paw licking.

After a frustrating experience on the PupLabs webpage where an extra six months of product was added to our total inadvertently, I called their customer service department. I spoke to a super friendly and helpful young lady named Dwanya. She made my visit 100% worthwhile! I really appreciated her attitude and knowledge of how to help me.

Wonderful Company to work with. My new baby (8 yrs. old) is a rescue and still in training to know some people are caring. She now is very protected of me and our home. I have had her since August, 2025. Everyday she at her age is learning something new.

Easy to order, great coupon, great product that really works in my dogs breath/teeth. This is the second time that I ordered it. I stopped giving it to my dogs for a couple months because I'm out of it. Their breath started smelling really bad again, that's why I'm ordering it, and I know it works. They are very picky with food and treats that I thought they won't eat their food. But they don't mind the taste.
