I ordered the K9 Soothe spray
I ordered the K9 Soothe spray. The spray was oily and after I put it on my dog, she laid on my couch and the oily spray stained my couch. I reached out to get a refund. I first called and was on hold a long time. I left a message amd I did not recieve a call back. Next time I called I left a callback number. I was called back fairly quickly. I spoke to Patrice. She was very kind and offered me a 50% refund and i could keep the product. I was ok with that so I didnt have to fuss with returning the product. However I won't use the product, it will go in the garbage. The only thing good about this experience was talking to Patrice. Very friendly and helpful.
