So just a little rant. I ordered K9 belly bliss for my dog for her allergies.The product stated it had a 180 day return policy , 💯 percent. Zoey won't eat it on her food.She went three days without eating. So I called today to return the product. The 100% return policy is only on product that is not used. So if you don't use the product , you can return it if you use the product and don't like it or doesn't work , you can't get your money back. I told them that that was misleading and false advertisement. Then he stated on the product that was used.They could give me a gift card to use on their website. Just make sure to read the fine print. Edit to this review: pup labs reached out to me and gave me a gift card to make it right. Please read the fine print. Thank you pup labs.

Joel was very good at explaining the product and her recommendation and information caused me to change my mind and not cancel my order. She deserves recognition for a job well done

Our 15 year old Australian Cattle Dog's mobility has improved since we started using Freedom Joint Drops every day. I ordered the Fresh Breathies and, although they are wonderful, I was looking for a bigger treat than the chews. Joele helped me cancel my subscription and was very sweet.

I'm once again editing my last review as PupLabs reached out to me to attempt to correct the problem I experienced in trying to cancel an inadvertently placed order with my gift card that ended up placing me on a subscription. I do have to say it was very difficult getting them to respond to my multiple requests to cancel the subscription and though I'd ordered $450 worth of Breath Chewies, my credit card got charged for another bag. In going through all of this just to get a subscription cancelled, the fact remains that reply choices aren't user friendly getting through to the company. In fact they are none existent. I received NO response. I finally had to search for other routes to get someone to respond to me. PupLabs needs to look into streamlining customer service. I have two healthy dog food companies that I can call and get a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING every time. THAT is what you ought to be doing. I finally found a phone number only to have the customer service tell me that wasn't their area. They gave me another support link, but AUTO responses stated they would get back to me and yet never did. So purchasing ProDenta Dental Powder and having no freshened breath or tartar cleaned after extensive use was disappointing. The Breath Chewies aren't doing anything either and after all the headache of trying to talk to the company, the best I can give you is a 2.

Robert was great in helping me begin my journey for my new project of caring for my Grand pup, I just received my supplies from Dr. Randy Aronson, for instructions how to use the K9 Ear Clear and the Tummy Essentials along with the Skin spray, Robert was a good listener and very compassionate listening to my stories of my pups, it was so nice to have concerns shared with Robert, thank you, and right away my girl Cinnamon so far liked the taste of her tummy essentials, the ear drops were a little challenge, but she will get use to this as time goes forward and looking forward for relief for my sweet little girl pup...thank you Robert and Dr. Randy, I feel blessed!!......Sincerely Ms. Donna Cole

I tried to cancel my subscription because it was causing knotted fur in my champion Belgian sheepdog. They did not cancel for 2 months and 2 more orders were shipped, costing me $120. I’ve asked for a refund but they have not refunded. I will not deal with this company for any products again.
