Do NOT get these treats. You will try to cancel your subscription and still be charged for treats. Despite showing no active subscriptions, we still had an active subscription hidden in the site somewhere. It’s impossible to cancel your subscription and they do not answer their email, texts or phones. Not to mention the treats are terrible. Our dog spits them out.

This company offers low quality support and engages in deceptive marketing practices. The following quote is from their blog article entitled, Everything You Need to Know About Bully Sticks: "Not to toot our own horn, but Pupford Bully Sticks are single ingredient AND sourced in the USA AND have reduced odor AND come in various size and thickness options 😉". In fact, the supplier is another company who most likely sourced the raw material from Brazil and or Paraguay. Just be honest with your customers. Here's how an honest company handled the same question: Imported from Brazil. Hand-selected and packaged in Rochester.
