Hi Eric, We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we’d like to clarify the situation. The package was delivered by the carrier to the wrong address, which was beyond our control. As soon as we received your first email, we proactively assisted you in resolving the issue. During the carrier’s investigation, we offered to send you a new shipment free of charge, and you could keep the original order if it was later found and delivered to you. When it was confirmed that one of the products was permanently out of stock, we immediately issued you a full refund.
