Stunning plugs and tunnels, the quality is so good and they have a LOT of choice on their website! Delivery was very fast (about 1 week), plus they also have a great customer service :) definitely recommend 🖤

Cheaply made one had a piece break before even putting it in my ear. I will never order from this site again.
Response from PunkPlugsNov 14, 2025
Hi Patrick, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the quality we aim to deliver. A piece breaking before use should not happen. Sometimes, during harsh delivery handling, small components may loosen or fall off, but we always stand behind our products and are happy to assist. Please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or another solution that works best for you. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we truly hope we can earn back your trust. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Team PunkPlugs

Good product. Just long shipping time.
Response from PunkPlugsNov 11, 2025
Hi Dion, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the product, though we’re sorry the shipping took longer than expected. Delivery times can sometimes vary due to customs or carrier delays, but we’re always working to make the process faster and smoother. We really appreciate your patience and support! Best regards, Team PunkPlugs

First order was seized by USPS for forging postage. Sent me a new order but by the time it was delivered I already needed a larger size. Price was a bit on the high side as well. Never again
Response from PunkPlugsOct 21, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, the issue with your first shipment being seized was completely out of our control — it was a USPS logistics error that incorrectly flagged the package. As soon as this happened, we immediately arranged a replacement order to ensure you still received your item. If the size didn’t work out, we would have been more than happy to assist with an exchange for a larger size. You can always reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues quickly rather than having to go through the frustration you experienced. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Dear Heather, Thank you for reaching out. As mentioned in our previous email, our live chat team is unavailable during weekends, which is why we weren’t able to respond to your initial inquiry right away. We followed up with you by email on Monday to confirm your delivery details and provide assistance as soon as our support team was back online. We understand how delays can be frustrating, but the situation was handled promptly once our team resumed operations. We always strive to provide transparent and timely support, and we’d truly appreciate it if you could consider updating or adjusting your review to reflect this. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the chance to make things right.
