The performance of the host is great, having the extra temporary boost helps speed up starting the server and at blips of high CPU usage. The support responds really fast and has always given a useful knowledgeable reply to resolve any requests or concerns.

Excellent company

I switched to Puffer after using a very large hosting platform. The second these guys transferred all of my files, my server ran 100x better. I've been working personally with Kevin at Puffer for the last few weeks to get my server as perfect as possible and let me tell you. This guy knows what he's doing. I have never met someone who is so intellectually smart with hosting and servers. He has literally transformed my entire server when it comes to optimization, and I cannot thank him enough. The community doesn't deserve these prices that he sells servers for as the support and dedication you get from these guys is unmatched. I hope whoever reads this makes the switch. With Puffer not being as big as some of the other companies, you really see how dedicated they are. You get real 1 on 1 problem solving until the real issue is solved. I cannot thank Kevin and Pufferfish enough for their work and hospitality. You guys are the best. I won't be going anywhere.

This hosting service is actually the best hosting I have ever had with my Minecraft server; they are always helping me out, and their service is very quick and just perfect all around.

I have been hosting a survival server with my brother for some months now and the service has been impeccable. Non upsells, great inteface and fair prices. I also had a connection issue but the customer support was very helpfull and responded in seconds. The performance improved of pufferfish+ are also very welcome. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing customer service (responses within minutes, dumbed down everything for me to understand, explained everything with great detail), incredibly cheap hosting considering dedicated IPs are free, a couple minutes of downtime when they were ddossed but 10/10 experience so far.
