I currently have a decent amount of VPSs with Pufferfish Host, and I must say, the performance and reliability is insane. Kevin is great, and responds almost instantly. I would 100% recommend trying out Pufferfish Host!

Hello, I’m not aware of any tickets that haven’t been responded to. It’s possible something got lost in the shuffle. Would you mind emailing us at [email protected]? We try to answer all support requests in at most 24 hours, with a vast majority of those getting responses far faster. Thank you, Kevin

Pufferfish provides an absolutely top tier service. Their infrastructure is innovative with incredible custom in house custom DDoS protection, support is quick, and the servers are fast. I've used pufferfish a few years back, and am happy to be a customer again. It's been phenomenal. Unlike a concerningly large amount of providers, pufferfish actually cares about its service quality and I admire them for that. Truly an 11/10 host.
