I signed up for low-balance alerts, but I didn't get one; I was told that my profile indicates that I did not sign up for such alerts, although I distinctly recall doing so.

They ultimately got back to me after I contacted the President of the bank:) I've been banking with them for 25 years and they didn't even have the decency to get back to me to answer an important question. And it holds true from their CEO on down - he's the worst offender. They call themselves a "Community" Bank but nothing could be further from the truth. As both a long standing customer with very strong ties to the community, they are ignoring me.
