I agree, stay far far away. they take your money from your account unauthorised and then no customer service. I have tried emails and on the website. Just silence and my book doesn't get picked up for reviews. So there you have it - you going to pay a lot of money and get NOTHING for it and also no response. This is a scam! Shame on you Pubby.co

Lost for words. This website is a scam. The service doesn't work, they don't answer any emails, the snaps are completely miscalculated (how difficuly is to setup a calculation logic). AVOID!

I have always felt very comfortable with them, but in recent months the situation has changed considerably, if something goes wrong no one answers! and I paid!!

WARNING: Do NOT use Pubby! They are a scam. My credit card was charged without authorization, and even after requesting a refund, I received no response—let alone my money back. It’s been seven days, and their customer service is nonexistent. Absolutely disgraceful!

When I started using Pubby, it seemed fine and there was customer service, but that soon stopped and no messages are responded to, in fact they are ignored. I have paid for services that I didn't receive and have no way to cancel. Nobody responds. Also YOU CANNOT DELETE YOUR FILES ONCE UPLOADED

As it said, customer support is non-existent. I do not get how greedy you should be not to hire one freelance specialist who will handle support, while charging $30 monthly for subscription. Now I am waiting for reply to me request for already a month....

We have 8 full-time American employees working as customer support specialists at pubby. We absolutely had a very bad wait time for a response in February, which has been resolved.

Scam - Zero Customer Service. Overcharging cards. Fraud. As the other reviews have stated, this is not a reputable business. They don't response to customer service requests via email or chatbot, they billed my card before they were supposed to and for an amount 3x what my invoice shows. Don't be fooled. These operators don't care about you or your book, they just want your credit card number.

This is a TOTAL SCAM! Do not fall for it. They offer a 10-day free trial and when you sign up with your credit card details, and press the ‘Start my free trial’ it says ‘Woking’ and doesn’t proceed to anything. You’ll never receive a confirmation email and when you try to login to your account with the sign up email, it says ‘The email has already been taken’. Then at the end of the 10 days they charge you the annual subscription fee, having never used their service. If you ever signed up for a free trial not knowing it’s a scam, immediately lock your card and report the fraud to your credit card company.
