Poor customer service, poor support. Scammers.

There's something wrong with this guys. The concept of the website and service is good. But sometimes businesses are run by idi#ts. Partly they live from taking payments of people who live their credit card rolling, but don't use their service. A nasty technique used by many other websites. It's hard to trust them, in something as delicate as making sure my book doesn't get AI generated reviews. Etc.

Bruce banned me from the site simply for being a Black author. He suspended my account a couple of days after approving it. He's a criminal that lies profusely and uses EXTORTION as the basis for his criminal behavior. You must read someone else's book to get yours reviewed every time. Beware if you're a Black author with this site. He's a nasty human being to say the least.

Stay well away , they will viciously attack your bank account and ignore all contact , it’s a complete SCAM , hundreds of pounds will leave your account every few days and there’s nothing you can do

Charged me for a one-year plan I didn't ask for. Many books seem AI created. Many of my reviews didn't seem to come from people who read the book.

Pubby is Terrible! Stay away! 100% problematic! There's no way to talk to a real person and the bot does not answer questions relating to issues with the reviews. Waste of time!!

This company need to start to confront the scam reviewers that enter their site. Who clearly do not read the book they have selected. Below is a example of what I mean. When I select a book to review I at least write a paragraph on my review and I would it expect the same in return. Pubby have a responsibility here and quite frankly they are not providing a professional service indeed they are encouraging these people who are on clearly no interest in reviewing books. Pubby must insist on a minimum word count on their reviews. They suspended my account with no explanation after taking payment. Then they refused to delete my data. Update: I contacted my bank and I managed to get my money back.
