Hello Kristen - thanks for taking the time to make the review. Sorry that we weren't able to cancel when you got in touch. A couple weeks ago we had a large cue of policies which is why the agent couldn't retrieve it from the system. We have since refunded your payment to the credit card used during the purchase. With regards the grace period, there seems to have been a misunderstanding - given we refund all cancellations request with no grace period limit (for the daily product) provided the driver hasn't yet started driving the rental car. However the annual rental insurance product does have a 10 days grace period. We hope you'll trust us to insure your future rentals. Thanks and regards, Steve Pteet.com Team

Thanks so much Anna Bella for the review! I too bought the annual policy given it saves me a lot throughout the year. fyi the reason rental companies don't (or shouldn't) give renters a hard time, is because their CDW is optional and they have no legal right to prevent renters using a third party insurance provider.
