I have a small psychology practice, and I contracted with Psyquel in 2015 to manage insurance verification, and claims processing. I enlisted their support at a time when I felt that provider interface with behemoth insurance companies became too cumbersome, time consuming, and frustrating for me to manage on my own. Psyquel proved to be the solution I needed to return my time and attention back to my clinical practice. During the course of the 10 + years that I have worked with Psyquel there were some very stormy years when the company went through a corporate re-organization and ownership changes resulting in high levels of dissatisfaction with their services. However, I am very glad I stayed through the problematic years, because they have re-emerged as a true practice management / billing solution. The staff at Psyquel is personable, professional and competent. They are once again well trained, and demonstrate good follow through on resolving claims issues when they arise. They are highly responsive to concerns and often times the account managers, support staff, and management team go above and beyond to find answers and solutions to resolve claim disputes, and clarify insurance issues. The Psyquel platform is user friendly, and makes simple work of tracking claims and accounts receivable. I am very satisfied and happily refer colleagues to Psyquel.

I have been a loyal and satisfied Psyquel user since 2005 when I first opened my solo private psychiatry practice. Psyquel helps me manage scheduling, clinical record keeping, billing and credit card processing. I don’t take insurance in my practice so don’t use that aspect of the product. I have always had amazing support from the team though it runs so smoothly that support is almost never needed. Twenty-one years and counting with never any problems only benefits. I highly recommend this service.
