I had to cancel my order due to my mistake of payment type. They answered same day and even made sure I could use the same coupon or not. They were extremely helpful and nice about everything and were able to help me cancel the order. I cant wait to continue my business with them 🥺

accidently placed two of the same order, then wanted to remove one item from the original order. was able to contact support and was able to to cancel the dupe and modify the other order with ease, thank you Eric for all the help .

The clothes are very good quality, they look amazing and fit perfectly. Had to wait for delivery a bit due to item being out of stock but the customer service was very helpful and quick to advise of the reason. Would highly recommend and definitely order again!

I read some mixed reviews but the shoe designs were so awesome I ignored them and ordered anyway! Got a pair of the Acupuncture series- words can’t explain how gorgeous and unique these shoes are! And so comfy! I got them in about 2 weeks and they were so worth the wait, customer service was very helpful too. Also great box and free pair of extra laces. Will order again for sure!
