My shoes came promptly given the overseas shipping. I’d tried to cancel the order due to DHL charges that were actually coming from another merchant, but customer service was prompt and they offered to waive any excess charges. The shoes are rad/high quality.

The shoes are AMAZING and exactly what was pictured. When I had questions, the customer service representative was friendly and super helpful.

Todos los detalles desde la caja en el que estaban los zapatos, una caja dura y fuerte que protegía bastante bien las zapatillas hasta cada uno de los detalles de las zapatillas que me pillé de wukong, el detalle de los dragones es genial! La calidad es muy buena, las zuelas de muy buena calidad, bien cosido todo. La verdad es que me quedé encantado! Lo único a mejor un poco el sistema de poder ver el envío. Pero por lo demás está todo genial. Seguramente seguiré comprando en esta tienda.

Very good customer service and fast response. At first, I was a bit worried while waiting for the delivery. They emailed me to let me know that the item I ordered was out of stock and quickly helped me switch to another model that I liked. When I needed to update my address, they handled it immediately and answered all of my questions clearly. Great service! Now I’m looking forward to the delivery day to see how the product quality turns out.

They don’t have the best way to track shipments, but honestly I received the sneakers I bought and absolutely LOVED them. They’re such high quality and lasted me a 3 day music festival with NO foot pain. Plus they are super cute!!! Sizing was perfect, everything was perfect about the pair of sneakers I got. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
