Horrible customer service they sent me the wrong size and to return them I had to pay $28.00 so that they would send me the box again with the correct size, but again with the shoes with the wrong size. Wrong move!!! And took like 1 month by the way.

Ordered a $200 pair of shoes and was sent a completely different item. Customer service kept avoiding their blatant mistake. Gave these away, didn't know that shoe companies were filled with people who can't fulfill basic orders after looking more into this company and other 'higher' end shoe companies.

I have just unpacked my parcels and unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of their products and misinformation shown on their website regarding the boots. It took me a month to receive them. One pair of boots look a bit more similar but not as accurate as advertised and strings of fabric are hanging on random spots. The other pair of boots look nothing alike the ones I saw online. On top of that, the stitching and patchwork on both boots are not quite straight and seamless. They have both disappeared from the website since I’ve ordered them. I did contact customer support and they first offered to refund $20 for a $240.55 order, which is appalling and their second offer was $54, which I still think is insane. Their return policy is very off as it only for 2 weeks while the order took again, a whole month. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE !!!! (Real customer review)

NIE WIEDER!!! wir haben am Black Friday 2 Hosen bestellt, dazu gab es 3 gratis Geschenke! 2 der Geschenke wurden ohne Erklärung storniert. Von dem Shop hörten wir nichts... Wir warteten und warteten, nicht nur auf die Bestellung, sondern auch auf eine Antwort vom Kundenservice. Dazu musste ich mich immer parallel über Instagram beschweren, dann kam eine Antwort. Die eine Hose ist verfügbar, bei der anderen sind sie sich nicht sicher!!!! Dazu bedarf es einer Inventur... Wochen später kam auf Nachfrage dann noch mal der gleiche Text. Wir wollten eine Stornierung der eventuell nicht vorrätigen Hose, die 2. plus Geschenk, sollte geliefert werden. Der Prozess ging dann plötzlich schnell. 2 Wohhen später kam jetzt die bestellte Hose an - nach 2 Monaten!!!!!!! Leider ohne Geschenk!!!!! Obwohl es mehrere Male im Mailverkehr angesprochen wurde und davon nichts erwähnt wurde!!! Mir wurde auf Nachfrage gesagt: die Geschenke waren sofort alle weg, wer zuerst kommt, malt zu erst!!! Wir bekommen einen 10 Dollar Gutschein. Dieser wurde uns gnädigerweise ausbezahlt! Noch zur Hose: sie stinkt wahnsinnig chemisch, kommt direkt aus China! Dem Sohn gefällt sie dennoch, daher 1 Stern!!! Aber wir bestellen dort nie wieder!

I’ve ordered a pants before new year from shop app and i checked a lot of times and it was always waiting for details and i asked them on instagram. They didn't reply first then i said in their comments “wheres my order its in waiting for details page for more than 10 days rben they said come to dm” after i text them they said what is ur order number? I sent them then They didnt answer me again, and i js checked their instagram page they have more than 200k fake followers. They dont even have 1 viral video or smth. They re js scamming people by looking legit but they’re not legit at all. They’re never sending messages or details or anything also every comment that they have in shop app, i guess thats also fake. Dont believe this page at all.

I would give 0 stars if I could. As a real customer of this site. I highly doubt the positive reviews are real. Hopefully you are smarter than I was and did research before buying if I did I would not have bought anything from this site. It's been weeks since I placed an order with the company and they ghosted me. No information on when I should receive the products. As someone who always buys clothes online this is extremely unusual. I tried to cancel and heard nothing but I was still charged for items I do not have. Hopefully my experience helps others so they do not have to go through this.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had. Their website lists the wrong size conversion, so I received the wrong shoe size due to their error. Instead of owning it, they demanded that I pay return shipping for their mistake. After endless back-and-forth, they finally sent a return label. They received the return in August. Then… nothing. After four months of silence, I followed up multiple times. In December, they told me the replacement had already been delivered. I never received anything. During this entire time, I was told to “please have patience.” Is four months of patience normal? Because I ordered the shoes in July. When I pushed back, they sent me a photo showing the package left outside on a busy residential street in New York City. No doorbell use. No attempt to enter the building. No delivery notification. No “out for delivery” message. Nothing. Every single delivery service puts packages inside the building. The door has working bells. Use them. Leaving a package unattended on an open NYC street is basically an invitation for theft. Now they’re telling me to file a police report. Why am I supposed to spend this much time, energy, and money fixing a chain of mistakes I didn’t make? At this point, I don’t even want the shoes anymore. I just want my money back, which they are refusing to refund. Save yourself the headache. This company has zero accountability and even less respect for their customers.

Zero trust to this company, fake information, fake terms and conditions, fake delivery details and fake links from their customer service. One of the worst companies ever. its been over a month and i didnt receive my package, contacting their customer service is the worst nightmare ever. Check their website and you will find incorrect email address, customer support address, all are fake. THIS IS A FRAUD and i dont recommend anyone to buy from this shopify store.
