In the beginning I was concerned because there was no information on shipping, but I got the info I needed once I got in touch with them. It took a while to arrive but it was really good quality and as described in the pictures. So very satisfied with the clothes, i think what can be improved is the communication, but all in all good experience!

Lowkey the only thing I’d say was bad was that I had a hard time trusting that I wasn’t going to get scammed, tracking the package was hard but I emailed support and they were great. The shoes themselves are so nice, they’re exactly like the picture and fit amazingly and comfortably. Nothing bad to say about the shoes themselves.

Shipping took a little long, around 2 months, but other than that the shoes look just like the pictures and their quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely repurchase something from thebstore.

shipping took a little long, but other than that very happy with the boots i ordered! they look just like the picture and fit really good👍🏻 Customer service was also very good, they responded very fast.

Products arrived in good condition and were as described on the website, box was well-sealed/protected, only complaint is the time it took for processing to begin (I went around 3 weeks with no updates before being told processing was beginning), shipping took as long as you would usually expect if a package came from China.
