Ordered EU 41 (two pairs, TMA EYES via PSYLOS1). Both arrived ~25.5 cm insole — about EU 38, nearly three sizes too small and unwearable. The only options offered were a self-paid return to China (postage + customs) or a $15 voucher, which contradicts their own policy that merchant-fault returns aren’t the customer’s cost. Replies were slow against the 14-day window.

This company Is a scam I issued a refund right after buying a product, they went silent and shipped the product 3 days later saying i was not eligible for a refund anymore. After i got the item i sent another refund request and they went silent again.

No idea how this place has decent reviews. It’s a classic china scam. Everything is child size and smells like plastic and made SO cheaply. Then if you want to return it, they make you cover all costs back to china so you cant even return it it’ll be half the price of the terrible clothes. 0 stars, would not recommend.

Due to the high price of the jackets, I put the item on klarna and the website proceeded to take my money and say there was an error with my payment. I have not received a reciept or anything saying that this jacket will arrive so now I’m completely lost. Would not buy from this website at all.

just saw an ad on facebook for a cute pair of kawaii like sneakers i would love but i dont trust most social media ads so came here to look at reviews. they were too mixed for me to fully decide but one said they noticed other brand name shoes on their site so i googled thebname of the snrakers i was looking at “Q-And”. google showed then on TEMU for $38 yet they are on Psylos1 for $159.00 lolol SCAM

⚠️ Warning about my experience with PSYLOS1 I ordered two pairs of shoes from PSYLOS1 (Order #40496) and both arrived in the wrong sizes — one pair too big and the other too small. This was clearly a fulfilment mistake on their side. When I contacted their customer service, instead of correcting the error properly they offered me $15 compensation for shoes that cost $75 and that I cannot wear. Their other “solution” was that I could return the shoes to China — but only if I paid the international shipping costs myself. So essentially their mistake becomes the customer’s financial problem. This is extremely disappointing customer service. When a company sends incorrect products, the responsibility should not fall on the customer to pay expensive international return shipping. I have escalated this issue to their head office and hope they resolve it properly. Sharing my experience so others can be aware before ordering.
