I ordered a bag from Psylos1. When I received my order, it was in a different material than expected. I contacted customer service, and after explaining why I wanted to return the bag, I not only got to keep the bag but also got a full refund after Psylos1 realised the description of the bag in their ads was wrong. Great Customer experience.

I was honestly a bit worried because of the low ratings, but my experience with Psylos 1 has been wonderful. My order was lost in transit initially, but their support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They arranged a replacement quickly and I have now received everything in perfect condition. I don't understand why they have such low ratings when their service is this professional. Thank you so much for the great support!
