They are only fast at first. Once you hit their limit of cards you can buy per month, site is practically useless. Will only buy here again if the other online shops I purchase from are unavailable. Be warned.

I bought two cards, a 10 and 20 dollar card, but the 20 dollar card didn't work. I assumed it was an honest mistake, so I bought another 20 dollar card while contacting customer service because the game I was getting was on sale, and the sale was going to end. The second $20 card worked, but the first still didn't. Customer service insisted the card they gave me was correct and working, but it wasn't, I offered to show transaction records from my account, to let them see themselves, whatever they needed. I'm sure it's hard with cards, but I couldn't let my money be taken. They asked me to wait *Up to* 72 hours, after which I got no reply, and gave them an extra day. When I contacted again they asked me once again to wait while they looked into it, and it had been another four days, still no refund or working card. I had to get PayPal to refund the transaction because they refused to help by insisting a code that definitely didn't work did. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because 2/3 cards worked, but their customer service to fix it was absolutely dreadful.
