I was helped by Madesin; my niece was applying for loan and we needed to clarify some information. Even though I called over the weekend, and was connected to Madesin in a minute. There was hardly a hold-time. Once connected, Madesin was polite but thorough and efficient. She understood my questions, clearly provided the information, and even waited for me to confirm that what she told me helped me solve my problem as I filled out the form on their website. Overall an excellent service.
