I haven't had any issues with PSI Insurance since I enrolled in this plan as an F1 Student. All of my concerns were dealt with in a very kind, patient and timely manner by customer service. I would say this is a very great and also effective service.

Good customer service. The coverage however is a bit weird in terms of what is actually covered and what isn't. I a mstill not sure if certain procedures are covered.
