I have taken an insurance from them as an international student and they offered me a great service. They Are really helpful.

Excellent Customer Service. I had trouble filling out the form and I had to contact customer service and Odette was really patient and guided me along the steps very kindly and even though I had to call multiple times,It didn't feel awkward or as if I was disturbing them with a simple task such as filling a form. Overall, my experience with Odette was beyond pleasant and would absolutely recommend it to any college students lookig for cheap and efficient insurance coverage. :)

It took a lot of time over phone to renew my health insurance. The lady on the other side was nice and hearing me with time and patience. I liked her behavior a lot and finally I could get my work done completely while the agent helped me in every step of me working.

Customer service was excellent. I had an issue with not being able to select the appropriate plan on the PSI website. I called customer service and Madesin quickly provided me with helpful information on the suitable plans. She then solved my issue by manually enrolling me in the best-value plan, which allowed me to receive my Health Insurance waiver.

The policy underwriting process has been very smooth, thanks to Gabrielle’s help. I still need to confirm whether I’ll be eligible for a waiver, so I’ll update my review once I have more information.
