PSI has been a great company to have insurance with. Although they are not as popular as other insurance providers, their process is clear, trustworthy and easy to follow. They have the fastest customer service I have ever used - very polite, easy to work with, and straight to the point. Odette is always helpful and pleasant to speak with. I don't do too many reviews; however, I can easily share my positive experiences with this company.

I enrolled my daughter who will be studying in the US this year in the PSI health insurance program. I wrote some emails because I had questions and I have to say I was impressed that it never took more than 1 or 2 hours for an answer, even on a Sunday. So service is really fantastic and the people are really nice and helpful. I also like the App because it’s practical and easy to use. Very happy I chose PSI.
