Very bad experience with the administration We were the company’s supplier for dedicated servers. Everything was running smoothly, with only some issues related to anti-DDoS protection due to the upstream provider, who repeatedly resolved the problems we reported. One day, they reported temperature problems, which were actually not accurate, as the temperatures provided were simply the maximum thresholds before throttling would occur, and not the real current temperatures. The staff member JetDave was always friendly and helpful, working with us to solve any issue. By contrast, Fox from PSG Hosting was completely uncooperative and never spoke politely or even greeted us properly, only making demands in an arrogant manner.
