good durable case to protect your smart phone from the damage of dropping.

I purchased and received 2 Otterbox's for my Droid Min's. Now, Otterbox does have a factory in Mexico BUT they only have 1 registered design for each phone case. What I was received was counterfeit items. They did take the return and refund my purchase but it never needed to come to this. If quality control was as important as making money by giving great deals on quality items, I would have received genuine items. They were reported to Otterbox's Corporate Legal Department. I will not shop with them again and I could not justify recommending anyone else to them either.

Excellent except I don't believe I got a shipping notification - not a big problem for me. Did get an order confirmation though, which was nice. I opted for free, US Mail shipping - got it in about 10 days including Xmas and New Years.

Purchased two belt clips for an Otterbox case for my iPhone 4s. They quickly shipped the order and it was received on the early side of the promised ship dates.

On 10/29/2015, I ordered a product nothing expensive, and few minutes later I noticed it is not the right size. I called customer service and explained and he confirmed it will be the wrong size and that was the only size. He was a very polite young man and said the merchandise was not yet pulled out and he will process my refund and it should post back to my account latest by the next day. As of 11-4-15 there was no refund posted and called customer service again and she was puzzled as to why the refund had not posted and she said she will research further and call me back. Well! i had a message that the refund will be processed and it should be another 2-3 business day. I am very disappointed that it is taking 10 days to process my refund. Honestly, for being first time customer and having this experience I don't think i will order again. I am sorry to write such review but it is the truth. Thank you Theresa

I had no idea how good the case was until I installed it on my phone. The customer service was very helpful concerning the delivery. The package arrived in good condition at a great price. I would do business with Prune Danish again.

First time I tried PruneDanish. I felt so good about the merchandise. Was just what I needed and shipped fast. I think it is a very nice company with great service and price's that are great. I have ordered even more from them and received exactly what I wanted and again in a timely manor. Keep up the great work PruneDanish I'll be back again and Thank You!!

I had moved before my order shipped and the USPS had sent my order back. Just a day after I realized that mistake I had contacted the customer service at PruneDanish and asked that they resend the case for my phone when it came back. Not only did they send a new case the NEXT DAY but I paid well below what I would have retail. Thank you so much for the phone case and the excellent customer service.
