BUYER BEWARE!! Having mostly bought online clothes from British companies who have refunded money without any quibbles if the item was unsuitable, I was unprepared for this Company’s policy of no refunds. In fact, I thought it was a legal requirement in the UK. As this company lists its main contact info and operational presence as in the USA, it does have a base in the UK. but it seems our rules do not apply to them. I ordered 2 t-shirts from Prune and Wild which I didn’t consider value for money and which did not fit properly, even though I ordered according to their size chart. I promptly requested a return and full refund. I was told that they did not refund, instead they offer reprints to change size and colour. This service can cost an extra $8.99 per t shirt. (Read their reprint information.) I did not want this service, just my money refunded. This has been refused every time I have requested it. All I can say is that I have learnt a valuable lesson by not reading the Company Refunds/Returns Policy and their Print Guide. I would advise all other possible customers to do so before purchasing from Prune and Wild. Needlesss to say, I will not be dealing with the Company again and would certainly not recommend them.
