PRunderground.comReviews of prunderground.com

What a disappointment! I used them once in the past and they did what was promised. This time, at a very critical moment in my business, they dropped the ball. The press release did NOT go out as scheduled. I tried to message customer service in the platform. No answer. Tried to call the number. No answer. Finally received a reply via email. The person agreed to reschedule the release for a Tuesday morning. Instead, it went out on a Friday morning against my wishes and I can see no evidence of pick-ups. My dashboard says zero. They gave me a story about internal tech problems. Late in the day today, I was given "a credit" to use later. I mean, thanks, I guess, but that doesn't buy back the time I lost at a critical moment. :(

Really love PR Underground! I have distributed many releases for clients using their platform, and the reach, visibility and Google ranking has really delivered. My clients are extremely happy, and I can't recommend PR Underground enough.

This is a really great website. I posted an article about our new program on it. Since then, our website has gained more views than before. It truly bring good effects to us.

Great service with an easy to use website. Will do business again with them.

Great customer service and easy to use. PRunderground is our go to service when we publish press releases. I strongly recommend this service.

Good experience. As long as the article is written correctly and adheres to guidelines you'll get good coverage.

I enjoy the customer service and ease of use with this service.
