ProxyrackReviews of proxyrack.com

Okay - I've tried most of their proxy packages, and after buying proxies for many many years, i can say that I'm stunned! I've never seen such quality for such a affordable price - and the support made sure every question/little problem I had was resolved in a really swift fashion. Go with them guys - you wont make a mistake. (I've red some negative reviews as well here, and believe me, those people do not know what they're talking about). Big props to Evan!

What i love : 1) reliability of rotation(you can set up any interval). 2) A LOT of countries in rotation, which allows to get content we need. 3) Ton of ports ( competitors offer 3-4 times less for the same price) 4) Support. ( I had troubles setting up proxies in pure python, and their developer helped me along and offered examples) Thank you very much!

So i've bought 3 days trial for 14$ to test their datacenter proxies. However after the purchase I was getting error 464 Host Not Allowed on each request. So basically 0 of requests were succesfull because of that. I've asked what is the issue and they said that YOU HAVE TO BE APPROVED FOR SPECIFIC WEBSITES. That is their answer " "websitename" is blocked by us so it does not get abused. Can you please provide us with your specifc use case? Based on that we can unblock it." I gave them all the info and said that I am currently using 450$ monthly subscription on another proxy service and I'm testing new ones (to show them that I may become their customer with monthly up to 500$ payments) However thats their reply: "Unfortunately I was unable to get your account approved for this domain. Let us know if we can help you with anything else." So that's basically it. There is extremely high chance thats your target website is blocked by them. There is NO PAGE ON THEIR WEBSITE that says that some websites are unavailable to connect via their proxies. Hence thats a scam. I am currently in contact with paddle.com in order to show them how they scam their customers by not providing true information.

I've been using them for almost two years at this point, it's a great service at a good price. Fast support with great features.

Great service 11/10 from me

It took more than two months for the support to answer my general inquiry. I also sent follow-up emails and received no emails in the meantime. As soon as I posted a bad review here, they immediately answered. This is a bad case of a feedback culture. Instead of removing and responding to my reviews, you could've answered emails. It's good to accept critics instead of making up things different than they are... ----------- reply to ProxyRack (Sep 15, 2021) ----------- See how fast you can reply? I just don't understand what took your team so long to proceed with an email from July 2021 (!). I was asking in general about my career at your company and haven't received any appropriate feedback until a few days ago. It would be much appreciated if you had spent time and energy trying to answer a simple request made in that email. Cheers! ----------- reply to ProxyRack (Sep 17, 2021) ----------- It's not about ticket issues but your feedback culture that doesn't exist at all. You keep sending false replies and keep blaming me without any common sense. I would of given 0 if that existed...

The first and the only proxy provider I’ll ever use.. they are really patient and the customer service is really good. They offer custom plans and worked with me to choose one that I was comfortable with. I also love that they offer charge by thread and not by GB because when using proxies and surfing the web you can use an entire GB plan in under an hour lol.

Great service and fast proxies. Have been using for several months now.
