My experience with the Proxyrack app was good at first, but things changed when I wanted to withdraw my earnings. My balance stopped growing right before the payout. I contacted support, but they refused to help, claiming that the issue was with my link. I deleted and added a new link, but then all my earnings disappeared. I'm very angry that they scammed me and refuse to pay me, even though they used my internet. They told me that by restoring the link, I would get my balance back, but that wasn’t possible. I feel cheated and believe the app is bad—I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Concerns Regarding ProxyRack’s KYC Verification, Service Quality, and Data Privacy
On March 10, 2025, I purchased a 7-day trial subscription from ProxyRack. After completing the purchase, I was informed that in order to use the service, I was required to undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which included submitting a photo of the front of my ID and a selfie.
ProxyRack’s website states that the KYC process is intended to verify user identities to reduce fraud risks and ensure a more secure service. However, making this verification mandatory only after payment forces users to share their personal information, as the service cannot be used otherwise.
Furthermore, after initiating the service, I found that ProxyRack’s performance did not meet my expectations. The internet connection was extremely poor—so slow that even conducting a speed test was nearly impossible.
I am making this statement publicly because if my personal information—including my ID details, selfie photo, or payment information—is ever used in any suspicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent manner, I will consider this statement as official evidence and will take immediate legal action.
To be absolutely clear:
1. If any action is taken using my information without my explicit consent (such as an account being opened in my name, a transaction being processed using my payment details, or my ID being used for any other purpose), I will treat it as identity theft and fraudulent activity.
2. Any account created, payment made, or transaction conducted using my personal details without my direct authorization is not my responsibility, and I will not accept liability for any such actions.
3. Should I detect any suspicious activity, I will immediately file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and pursue all available legal remedies.
4. This statement serves as an official record of my stance and will be used as legal evidence in the event of any misuse of my personal information.
Additionally, I formally request the immediate deletion of all my personal data, including my ID details and selfie, from ProxyRack’s records. I expect to receive written confirmation via email once this deletion has been completed.
I strongly advise all potential users to carefully review the KYC requirements and service quality before purchasing, as they may be required to provide sensitive personal information and may receive a service that does not meet expectations.
