Thanks for testing thoroughly, and sorry the product wasn’t a fit for what you needed. On state and carrier filtering, these are best effort on mobile and depend on what’s available in the pool at the time, which our team explained during your chat with us. The interface exposes them because they work when matching IPs are online, not as a guarantee that every combination is available on demand. On sessions not persisting, that’s inherent to mobile rather than a fault. These are real devices on real carrier networks, so they go offline, move between towers, and get reassigned by carrier NAT. No configuration overrides that. It’s also why our team told you directly that mobile isn’t the right product for holding one geographic area long term, rather than selling you on it. On location and mobile versus residential classification, several carriers operate MVNO services, so their IP ranges carry genuine mobile traffic while IP databases disagree on how to label them. One lookup tool will report fixed line, another will report mobile, on the same address. We don’t put broadband IPs into the mobile pool. We’ve refunded you in full and you’re welcome to retest at no cost whenever you’d like. Proxiware Team
