ProxibidReviews of proxibid.com

Outstanding!

Great and secure bid alternative thanks

I had a question regarding the next auction date and received a prompt and helpful answer.

I think it’s pretty nice, but not friendly for smartphone bidding. Which many people now use to conduct business.

Support always tries to help, very curtious. The site needs work. Search engine is poor, showes items that it thinks I am looking for instead of key words. Organization of bids in watch list not so good. Need my favorites in order of date and time of auction. Bid times not always accurate. Lost a couple of bids because the auction closed and proxiBid had it still hours away

I was confused with the process for changing my addresses. This was resolved by an expedient interaction with a knowledgeable rep.

Proxibid sets the bar I believe!! I've been engaged in online auctions for more than 20 years, and althought there are others whose selection and service are close, none that I've enaged in offer what Proxibid does.

Rosemarie B. efficiently and effectively resolved my issue professionally, with courtesy, and with respect.
