This company has a few names it operates under, so I'm covering my bases. Effectively, they couldn't deliver on the product. I requested my money back and even modified the amount, giving credit for work done. Almost 3 months later, there's still no refund and no communication. Rick Sanchez was supposed to fix it. I have 3 months of emails from him. Just beware. Built an excellent site myself on a build your own for significantly cheaper.

Frank and I have been working together to dial in my site, and do some upgrades, and he has been an excellent partner! We communicate well (even at my modest level of technology knowledge), and watching him work on a shared screen is amazing. Nimble, informed, quick actions, and the correct outcome. WordPress is complicated (to me), and he has helped make it manageable, and the experience is pleasant and productive every time we interact. Great service provider, and a good guy!

I would suggest that when contacting any company that you have thought out content and presentation well in advance. Our situation presented some unusual circumstances as we had already begun the process and Rick Sanchez had to pick up in the middle. It has taken time and patience on both sides. Rick has helped all through the process.

Sam and his team were very patient with my requests and very responsive to making revisions and edits so that my wife and I would be satisfied with the website design. I highly recommend !
