Lack of attention to details and aggressive sales tactics
I cannot recommend this company for website design services. Despite a promising start and the patience of the team, my experience was ultimately marked by a lack of attention to detail and aggressive sales tactics. While the company explicitly promises, "We do not stop our revisions until you are completely satisfied with your website," my experience proved otherwise. Despite providing specific, documented revisions and meeting virtually to discuss them on multiple occasions, they failed to implement the changes I explicitly requested. Furthermore, the updates that were completed often contained sloppy errors. These repeated lapses were the final straw. Despite my frustration, I remained professional, thanked them for their efforts, and requested to take over the project myself to complete the remaining work. I was only able to secure the WordPress backend credentials after agreeing to make the site live, at which point I immediately took it offline to address the issues myself. Ultimately, I used another hosting site and created a website on my own using their AI builder which was a much more satisfying experience and resulted in an amazing website. Beyond the design failures, the sales tactics were very off-putting. I was heavily pressured to purchase a payment terminal for $3,100—a price they abruptly dropped to $1,000 when I sternly refused. I paid nearly $4,000 for a service I ended up having to finish on my own. It was a very costly and disheartening lesson. I hope this company chooses to focus on details to prevent careless errors and adopts more transparent, non-pressuring sales tactics in the future.
