Be very cautious hiring this company. They ask for all the money upfront, then you get ignored. They lie about the owners identification. They told our parent company It was a gentleman named Mike, But it was actually it is Muhammad A Hashmat! They also represented they have a couple offices across the USA which isn’t true. Their address is. 17622 Rose Summit Lane, Richmond, TX, 77407. I would not hire this company for free.

★☆☆☆☆ – STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Extremely Disappointing Experience Our office was asked to review a website development engagement involving Pro Web Builder LLC. Based on the company’s sales presentation, the client agreed to pay $500 upfront for development services, with assurances that work would begin immediately and support would be available the following day. After payment was made, communication declined significantly. Deliverables were incomplete, and administrative access was not promptly provided. What raised the most concern was the inconsistency in representations regarding development format. The client was sold an HTML-based website. However, when I independently contacted the company as a prospective customer and asked whether HTML or WordPress would be the better format for a modern business website, I was told clearly that: • WordPress is the best option • HTML is outdated and expensive to maintain • Most businesses should not use HTML • WordPress is the preferred industry standard This directly contradicted what the client had been sold. An HTML-only structure places ongoing control of the code and modifications with the developer, requiring continued reliance on that same developer for routine edits and updates. That long-term dependency was never clearly disclosed at the outset. In addition: • Communication became inconsistent after payment • Access credentials were not readily provided • Clarifications were not handled transparently • Refund discussions were not resolved professionally As a result, the agreement was terminated. Formal complaints have been submitted to the Texas Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission. A credit card dispute has also been initiated due to non-performance concerns. Businesses considering Pro Web Builder LLC should conduct careful due diligence, confirm development formats in writing, and ensure they retain full administrative control over their own digital assets. Our experience was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns about transparency and consistency. Proceed cautiously. Based on your reply I can see you have scammed others before. Two part review. 1- Once I got to the sub-contractor level things went smoothly, BUT the Pro Builder sales people were more focused on over charging for any service. YOU NEED TO BARGAIN other wise you will pay more for your services. The sales people get only 2.5 stars. 2- The sub-contractor Rob Garner get 5+ stars. The sub-contractor Rob Garner explained things and answered my questions. Thanks to Rob, the web page update and fixes went very well. Indeed it was completed earlier than expected and everything was done properly the first time. Rob, You rock!
