Terrible product and service.
I have bought more than 20 Bodycameras from provisionusa.com early this summer. Since the day one, two were acting stupid(one kept vibrating, one does not provide any file transferring). And not a single camera delivered battery life promised ever. I have been in touch with the provision support team and they told me its beyond them. Management has refused to acknowledge that cameras are not working properly. In their email they say "my understanding is that the product is not faulty". They even refuse to give RMA number for return of goods. BTW, response time on your issues is about a week.
