I bought the Pangea 5 tier stereo rack. It arrived and I started putting together and realized that the feet weren’t feet at all but spikes. This rack comes with spikes from factory… but it gets better, you have to buy different gliders to replace the spikes for another $40 . So I called and got patched through to sales and got Caleb on the phone to buy the gliders . There was an issue with my card address since I had just moved (the same card I used to purchase the rack online with no issue) . We tried twice and he got and attitude and said we are have to do PayPal because I’m not gonna run another card . I said he didn’t have to get an attitude ( because I’ve been dealing with enough headache with the move) and he went “pfftt” . Nice! Don’t inconvenience sales or you’ll get a “karen” . I called back and stated my disappointment and Beth from customer service apologized and was happy to help me .

The ordering process was seamless, communication was clear, and my items arrived quickly and securely packaged. It is refreshing to deal with a retailer that gets everything right from start to finish. I will definitely continue to be a returning customer for my audio gear needs!

I ordered and paid for a $1900 amplifier off Audiogon only for them to tell me they don't have one in sellable condition. But they have one listed on eBay and their website. Asked me if I wanted one in a different color. DO NOT LIST WHAT YOU DO NOT HAVE.
