My plants came broken and inverted in the container due to rough handling by the shipper. The company quickly responded by sending new plants that were packed much much better (smaller box, more protection.) All I had to do was take photos of the damaged plants. These clematis plants are known to be hardy. The company could have just instructed me on 'fixing' the plants, but they never hesitated to just send new plants at their expense. Incidentally, I WAS able to fix the plants by carefully taping a toothpick 'splint' to the broken stems. Now I have four healthy plants instead of two!

The plants I ordered were healthy and well-watered. The packaging PW uses is very good and I will definitely order from them again for items I cannot find in my local nurseries.

I ordered Direct from Proven Winners. I love, love my plants so much! They were so well grown, packed and sent to me....I ordered the Rockapoco Impatiens and Double Up Begonia.My planters immediately looked AMAZING!. A GREAT SIZE WAS SENT...I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

I've had one of their Leaf joy H2O plants (Philodendron Congo Rojo)for a couple years, and it has been easy to care for, and grown well. However, the cork stopper got waterlogged and nasty over time. I contacted Proven Winners recently to inquire on how to purchase new corks, and they responded quickly. They requested my address, and sent 2 new ones, free of charge! I appreciate the care they showed in ensuring that my plant will be happy and healthy for a long time to come.

I want to point out that Proven Winners and Proven Winners DIRECT appear to be separate somewhat, whereas when I've ordered from the "direct" website those seem to come terribly packaged and from a third party vendor. However, when I've ordered directly from ProvenWinners.com, my flowers have been packaged extremely well (four individual boxes inside a larger box with no chance of them capsizing en route). Flowers have always come in great condition from them. PW-Direct is another story...

I was so impressed with my plant order. The packaging was so impressive. My plants were in perfect condition. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have ordered extensively from them for the past four years and every time I open one of their boxes I am really impressed with the health and size of my plants. I usually buy larger plants ( quarts are fine and amazing for annuals and some Perenials but the quart sized shrubs just stay small and don’t seem to go anywhere) and find the vigor in my zone 5b garden is excellent. They are responsive to questions and concerns and if a damaged plant arrives they are quick to replace. I’m really do recommend them .

I love gomphrenas, they grow to 22 inches plus, are drought tolerant after they are established and make great dried flowers. I do Truffula pink. I ordered some in May. They got hung up at Fedexpress in neighboring city. The great staff (Debbie and Kara) followed up with me and gave me a refund. They worked with FedEx, plants finally came one week late. However, the individual packaging meant that even in our Denver 90 degree heat they were fine! I called and told them the good news and said, ok charge me again. They said, keep them and no charge given all your trouble. I will be ordering from them again. Cannot figure out the negative reviews, maybe the other company with similar name? this was a very personalized experience. My neighbor's recommendation led me to this team.
