Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing your profile, we noticed that you are located in Australia, where we do not sell or distribute our products. Because of this, it’s unlikely that your review is based on firsthand experience. We also encourage caution when relying on videos made by YouTube personalities. Many of these creators produce content for entertainment or attention, and their demonstrations often do not reflect real-world use or the actual performance of our products. We take product quality and security very seriously and always welcome honest feedback from verified customers. If you ever have legitimate order information or direct experience with our products, please feel free to reach out so we can assist you properly. Best regards

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Yarik. After reviewing your profile, we noticed that you are located in Ukraine, where we do not sell or distribute our products. We reviewed your statement and can confirm that we do not sell our products in your region. This is very disheartening, as it suggests your review may not be based on firsthand experience. We also encourage customers not to rely solely on viral videos or content created by YouTube personalities. Many of these videos are designed for views and entertainment, and they often misrepresent real-world performance. We take product security and quality very seriously and always welcome genuine feedback from verified customers. The best way to understand the engineering behind our locks is to see it in person. We can only offer you an invitation to visit our 80,000 sq ft manufacturing facility. We're not sure how often you come to the United States, but if you are ever in the Tampa Bay area, please let us know—we’d be glad to provide a firsthand experience. Best regards

We appreciate the "review", Ardaas, but the “can-picking” trick belongs in cartoons, not lock engineering. For anyone wanting reality over YouTube stunts, we invite you to visit our 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and see firsthand how actual locks work. Best regards

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review—though it’s interesting to see such confidence about a product you’ve never actually purchased. Considering you’re located in Denmark, where we don’t sell any of our locks, we’re a bit curious how you managed to test one so thoroughly. It seems the latest internet trend has started to sound like “fact” to many, but viral videos don’t quite match real-world performance. If you ever find yourself in the Tampa Bay area, we’d be happy to show you exactly how our locks perform at our 80,000 sq ft manufacturing facility. A firsthand demonstration tends to clear things up quickly. Best regards, Proven Industries Support Team
