Excellent. Lots of online business make promises and sound great but Proven Data is the real thing. They were 100% responsive. Awesome service. had a cryptolock/cryptowall hijacker locked all the files in quickbooks, Microsoft office, Microsoft outlook, Microsoft excel. just opened up a ticket, gave $3600 and got all the files back. really awesome service.

Very happy with my experience. My cloud backup strategy for my personal computer turned out to be critically flawed. I had a local external drive but was only backing up quarterly. So when my 2TB internal drive died I was in a panic. The team was very responsive after a brief start up delay. Once they were working on the project they were very good about setting expectations. I would suggest a bit more handholding at the beginning when people are in a panic. :) They were able to recover 100% of the data on the drive so I am a very happy camper. It was expensive but worth the investment in not spending several hundred hours in rebuilding expensive and complicated music production libraries.

We had our server hacked and all our Data including the backups was crypted by DMA V3.0 Before we decided to pay the ransom , I contacted Proven data to have there diagnostic. in less than 24h they told me they could recover the data ( with a no result no fee politic ) they recovered everything in less than 4 days with constant update and follow up. I 100% recommand them. Thanks guys for your professionalism and kindness

Was kinda leary at first, but gave them a little bit of trust and they recovered everything. Was a good thing, the virus infected our backup as well.
