Proven Data LLCReviews of provendatarecovery.com

Working with Proven Data was a great experience. They acted quickly and maintained frequent communication throughout the process. Mark, Chris and Steve were easy to work with and had the knowledge needed to get our data available and our company back to work. The vulnerability assessment gave us the information needed to improve our systems and help prevent future attacks. We will work with Proven Data again on future assessment projects.

Outstanding service!!! Jonathan did a great job helping me and solving my computer issue. Thanks again!!!

Very experienced team, i have and will continue to recommend Proven Data to my peers.

I cannot say enough good things about Proven Data. Earlier this year my home PCs were infected with the Phobos virus and most of my personal files were encrypted. This was over 20 years of personal files (financial documents, tax returns, pictures, etc)...files that I didn't want to lose. Initially I did my own research and quickly found out that there was nothing I could do on my own to recover my files. I did not want to work with the hackers myself, as I had no guarantee of them giving me the decryption tools after I paid them. With no where else to turn I began research data recovery services and Proven Data kept coming up in my searches. I submitted a service request ticket and within 30 minutes received a call from them to follow up on my request. They talked me through the process and what each step would be. The thing I like the most was that there was no cost to do an analysis of the files. Additionally, they would pay the hackers and I was not obligated to pay them if the decryption keys were not sent. After completing the analysis and agreeing on path forward, Proven Data was extremely professional and lighting quick in responses and turn around time. I sent multiple emails during the recovery process and always received a response within 30-60 minutes (even after hours). They handled paying the hackers, scanning the decryption tools to ensure they were safe, and finally unlocking my files. It only took 4 days from the time I submitted my request until I got my files back. I am truly impressed with how quick and professional they are, and would recommend them to anyone who needs data recovery services.

Very Happy with our service, help us retrieve our data. Also worked with our payments options since we are limited as a public school district.

The process and the service was above and beyond what I expected. I was constantly updated and kept up to date at every step of the way and they solved my problems in a very timely manner. I would recommend PROVEN DATA to anyone that needs any type of data recovery solution.

Excellent response to initial questions. Very fast diagnosis and quick resolution to fix the issue. Prompt follow up and timely updates along the way. Great Service
