When all of our files got encrypted with cryptowall 3.0 I was devastated and thinking we may need to pay the stupid ransom to hopefully get the files back which included all of my 2 year old sons pictures and videos. I didn't want to pay the ransom so we found this company and boy did they deliver. Every step of the way if I had a question or needed reassurance they were there. Everyone I spoke with knew their stuff and were very professional and great. I am so happy that the were able to decrypt all of my files. It is pricey but the files that I could have lost were worth it. I would highly recommend this company.

After being a victim to the Cryptowall 3.0 Encrpytion Virus, I had attempted and paid for many different services to help resolve my problem without success. Then I came across Proven Data Recovery while doing an online search. These guys were able to decrypt the CryptoWall 3.0 version and get all of my customers files back! Having an encryption/ransom event occur on a Friday evening and not finding out until I came into work on Monday morning finding ALL my files encrypted and no longer available to me was disastrous. Before stumbling upon Proven Data Recovery, I came across a few other companies that were given mostly mixed, lackluster and disappointed reviews. After reading review after review after review, there was Proven Data. I was almost immediately went with Proven because of the glowing reviews. They sent a quick response after my initial online registration, like the reviews say. They explained to me, in detail, about the process and what would happen. I had 4 hard drives and my iPod Nano that I wanted to pull information from. They were able to retrieve files from all but one of my old hard drives because of some long technical problem that, although I am not tech-savvy, I still appreciated the detailed explanation. As for followup, I am actually the one who delayed my responses and authorizations to them, as my emails were not timely. I can't say anything bad on their end. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
