Proven Data LLCReviews of provendatarecovery.com

So, I'm sure most everyone at some time will experience that "OMG YOU'RE KIDDING ME" moment when a drive crashes and data is lost...and it doesn't matter what kind of data it is either...when it's gone, it's gone, right...?? NOT!!! I first made a few calls, did some research on the web...you know, all the usual stuff, when I came across Proven Data Recovery. I called for info and everyone was not only helpful, but understanding as well. I delivered my toasted drive and they took care of the rest. Their message board was awesome, kept me constantly informed of progress, and allowed me to post questions or comments that were promptly addressed. It seemed like in no time at all, I was sent a message saying the recovery was successful along with a .pdf of the directory structure of my files as they were on my crashed hard drive to review. Once I saw that everything was intact, I messaged back saying everything looked good and in a few days all my data arrived at my door transferred to a new drive. Oh yea, shipping was free!!! Nothing personal, but I hope I never have to deal with you ever again!!! I promise though...if I ever have another hard drive failure, you will be my first and only call. Kudo's to the entire Proven Data Recovery team!!!

I was victim of a Ransom Virus, and was unaware of the method to decrypt my files until it was too late. A friend found Proven Data Recovery on the internet and suggested in contact them to see if the could help. They not only helped me through the process but decrypted all my files which included priceless memories (photos). They did a great job and I would highly recommend anyone in the same situation as I was.

Pleasure working with this company. Reliable and responsive. Highly recommend for computer recovery services.

Mark Congionti and PDR exceeded my expectations in a timely professional manner. Recovered my vital data 100%. Highly recommended to anyone, anytime.

Good communication and feedback on the issues that needed addressing on a failed hard drive. Fixed problems efficiently and shipped to home address after I dropped off hard drive at one of several NYC locations. Initial quote was out of my budget but went out of their way to find a solution that met my needs. Recommended.

Excellent experience. Great customer service. They understood my problem, evaluated it and responded with the resolution. Using a sample my own file they were able to decrypt the ransomware encryption to confirm the process would work. Once that was done and the ok was given they remotely logged into my computer and recovered all my files. Once I confirmed I was satisfied, they logged back in and preformed a clean up. This was a cost of 2 or 3 times what the Ransomware criminals wanted to decrypt my files for me,. I would rather pay the professionals then the criminals. And I went with Proven Data Recovery and very happy I did. I would recommend this firm to anyone who has had the same experience I have had and apparently that number is growing

I went to Proven Data Recovery for help recovering data from a faulty hard drive, after seeing good reviews on yelp. I am with a video production company so you can imagine we very much needed to recover our files to be able to work. Mark, Adam, and the rest of the Proven Data Recovery team were able to not only recover 100% of the data I had started to think would be lost, but also answer questions that I had about the process, as well as update me regularly about how things were going. While I did have some confusion about the certain aspects of the process, such as the initial evaluation (prying open our original hard drive was not exactly what I had expected), the end result exceeded my expectations. Lastly, all communication I had with the team was courteous and informative. They really made me feel as if they were committed to doing the best job possible. In conclusion, I was very happy with the service. If we every run into similar problems, I would consider contacting Proven Data Recovery again, especially since I am now familiar with the process. Thanks again guys, keep up the good work!

Words can not express how grateful I am to Proven Data Recovery. My external drive crashed and I had NO way of pulling the data off of it. The drive contained EVERYTHING that was important to me, mainly 8 years of videos and pictures of my three children. Yes, the music and documents were important to, but the videos and pictures were priceless. I was depressed thinking that all was lost and I called around to several companies. I even took the device to the geek squad, micro center and a few other places in my area. I did my research and when I discovered the companies recovery rate, I had to trust it. After a few weeks, my data was returned to me in full. I was almost in tears. Communication was constant throughout the process and everyone I spoke to could not have been nicer. I had the best experience ever and now I have everything from my hard drive back. I am forever thankful. Tia A.
