I was in touch with these guys for a long time, mostly just procrastinating, for some reason. They stayed in touch, and finally I decided to let them help. My computer was hacked, not ONE file was readable, the hackers encrypted every single file. It was a disaster! PDR said they could do decrypt them, and assured me if they could not, that they would not charge me. They would only charge me if they could decrypt them all. I did what they said to do, they accessed my computer and did EXACTLY what they said they would do, decrypted every single file, and I had all my files back! I was extremely relieved and happy! They then even gave me a day or two to check everything over before they actually billed and charged me. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. They were also in touch almost constantly, never had to wait long for an answer to one of my many questions.
