Not sure how they can promote being no.1 favourite. Shakes are so sweet it turns your face inside out. Also have very clever marketing schemes - “free items” but with clauses. Customer service technique is just to avoid replying! Would NOT recommend!

Wont be purchasing again terrible customer service emailed on first order arrived with faulty cup...reply was youll get used to it leaking ...tastes great but bull as to you loose any weight i drank 2 per day no snacks an exercised.. was sceptical but should have trusted instincts not lost gained 1lb ....also be aware they have a further Trust Pilot account because clearly these reviews are too real ....be careful where you put comments. AVIOD AVOID AVOID. This company are scammers.Do not order from them, it is pot luck whether you receive your order or not & their customer service do not care. I received my 1st order next day as stated, packaging awful & damaged, I got used to the taste of sweetners in the shakes, so happy to make my 2nd order. It arrived with the bottom of the box barely sealed, box was damaged & only contained 1 tub with a shaker - I had ordered 3! I contacted the company & their unhelpful standard response was that the weight on the label was correct so therefore all is delivered properly. I resent that they are insinuating I am a liar, however after looking through these reviews it shows that they are liars /crooks / scammers. I requested to make an official complaint, no response. Should have checked these reviews about this awful SCAM company. I will be using a reputable company in future.

Avoid!!! Awful customer services. Placed two orders by accident and asked if I could cancel within 5 minutes of me making the mistake and they wouldn't cancel it and now won't refund me

We’ve made two orders from this company and both had faults. One arrived with a tub open and the other had bits missing. They don’t send replacements or they say it left them fine by weight so won’t do anything! Bad customers service ic but elsewhere

I made a big mistake to order with this company this Protein.com customer service are helpless I emailed them many times to cancel my order but they dont want to cancel my order no reply for refund or anything even they dont want to help with shipping address change also this Protein company are scams please go with another good Protein company instead of this rubbish i am regretting my self to order with this protein company i will never recommend anyone

Ive had a few of these and really liked them my favourite was coconut and pineapple well I ordered another and when I opened it it was white not yellow like previous one and there was just a sweet taste to it there was no pineapple and coconut at all I used the chat on their page and I just got a fobbed off emailed that they cant replace or refund and to put a pinch of salt if its too sweet Extremely disappointed think ill try another company customer service is terrible
