I’ve previously ordered from this company & never had an issue. Recently I placed an order but unfortunately I did not receive the goods. I was happy for another order to be placed until I came across a very rude customer service representative. I now have requested a full refund as per the consumer rights law 2015. They’ve basically had me jumping through hoops which I’ve done as per the requests. Now I’m being ignored. I have never in my life experienced a company like this,so very unprofessional. Quality products but customer service is appalling. I will never shop with them again & would advise others take heed of this unfortunate situation I’m finding myself in.

Not fussed with the flavours to be honest- really sweet but that is personal preference. Customer services were poor. Should have got a free shaker with order. Contacted customer services who didn't respond so chased. They asked me to provide a photo of an empty box showing that no shaker was in there! Then wanted details of the order that they already had. Gave up! Wouldn't recommend.

Product doesn't mix well and tastes nasty. Doesn't measure up to other protein shakes.

My first order of the Banana flavour was fine, I received the free shaker and this was all received the next day. However, my second order was not plane sailing... I ordered the Banana flavour again and also had a 10% discount code that had previously been emailed over to me, this was used at the checkout. All details were checked over but when I clicked on the pay button, the order automatically changed to White chocolate/Raspberry flavour! I clicked to go back to the order and before I knew it the order had gone through! There's an option to edit your order within 10 mins and there's a timer showing you how long you have left. I proceeded to edit my order and change this to Banana, this worked but then went through as a new order! So now I have another tub which I couldn't afford to purchase! I sent 2 separate emails to the customer service team and got the same response as others which is AI generated.. my first email explained the issue I had with editing the order and the second was to ask them to cancel the order, if this couldn't be accepted then I mentioned that I would return the White Chocolate/Raspberry flavour the same day. This is their response: "We are really sorry this has happened and we understand why you might feel frustrated. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept refunds or returns on our Protein based products, such as SLIM, Fat Burning Protein Powder or Clear Whey. This is due to the nature of the products, as they are classified as perishable goods and can cause serious issues with cross-contamination. This helps us avoid any confusion and it's the only way to guarantee our product hasn't been in the hands of someone else. This policy is completely non-negotiable with all of our customers. We do this to ensure the integrity of the product and ensures the product is safe for consumption for all customers. This protein is still an amazing powder to support your weight loss journey and we have customers who love and use this product everyday". This is completely unacceptable! Why allow you to edit an order online in 10 minutes if you're not going to honour the process! I will not be buying from this company ever again it's appalling customer service! I suppose they don't give you a refund as they're too busy paying all the so called celebrities to promote their products! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Read carefully before making a purchase. Company is advertising shaker to come free with orders worth more than £14.99. However, this doesn't come with the parcel anyway. No further help from customer service. They make it sound like it was your fault that customers should automatically tick the option to receive it. No one should ever have to do that if the company is advertising free shaker for orders more than 15 quid. That's just false advertisement! No empathy or help from the company. Also the refund policy makes it difficult for people to return anything. They will charge you for returning a product! Don't buy from here. I confused this brand with protein works and that's my fault.

Appalling customer service, you cannot speak to anyone, just an AI Bot. No shaker arrived with my order of three tubs. Sent a copy of advert still no reply.

Supposed to be next day delivery and a week down the line still not received !!!! Not happy !!

My order was advertised as 24-hour delivery, but nearly a week later it still hasn’t arrived. The biggest issue for me has been the customer service. There is an email address to contact, but I’ve contacted them several times and have only received automated replies, with nobody actually dealing with my query. I’ve now had to raise a dispute through Clearpay because I haven’t been able to get a proper response about my missing order. Very disappointing experience.
